ART 13. - AMENDMENT OF CONSTITUTION

1. Any part of this Constitution may be amended, whether by way of variation, addition or repeal, only by at least a two-thirds majority vote of the members voting at an Annual General Meeting of the Guild or at an Extraordinary General Meeting and provided prior notice of the details of such amendment shall have been given to all members as required by Article VI or Article VII as the case may be.
