ART 12. - DISSOLUTION

1. Before taking decisions about the dissolution of the Catholic Nurses Guild of Ireland the National President shall consult with the Archbishop of Armagh and Primate of all Ireland
2. To make a valid decision about the dissolution of the Guild after consultation with the Archbishop of Armagh and Primate of all Ireland, at least half of the membership should be present or represented at an Annual General Meeting or an Extraordinary General Meeting called for the purpose.
3. In the event of the dissolution of the Catholic Nurses Guild of Ireland, the assets which might remain to be liquidated will be decided by the members present at an Annual General Meeting or an Extraordinary General Meeting taking into consideration the aims of the Guild.
