ART 7. - EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

1. An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Guild may be held at the instance of the National Executive Committee or, subjected to the agreement of the National Executive Committee, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, within four weeks of the receipt by the National Secretary of a written request supported by not less than five Branch Executive Committees.
2. Written notices of the Extraordinary General Meeting, stating the time and place at which it will be held and the purpose of the meeting, shall be sent by the National Secretary to all members of the Guild not less than two weeks prior to the date of the meeting.
