ART 6. - ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS
- Written notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Guild stating the time and place at which it will be held shall be sent by the National Secretary to all members of the association not less than four weeks prior to the date of the meeting, together with
- A copy of the Agenda
- Notice of the names of officers and ordinary members of the National Executive Committee remaining in office pursuant to paragraphs l to 3 of Article 5 and of the positions falling vacant pursuant to the same provisions.
- A copy of all nominations duly received for election as officers or ordinary members of the National Committee together with, in each case, the names of proposing and seconding members and of their respective Branches.
- A copy of each other motion proposed for adoption by the meeting together with the names of the proposing and seconding members and of their respective Branches.
- The Annual Report of the Guild as prepared by the National Executive Committee and proposal for its adoption.
- The professionally certified Annual Statement of Accounts of the Guild for the year ended 31'st December and proposal for its adoption.
- Notice of all motions proposed for adoption by the Annual General Meeting, other than those being proposed by members of the National Executive Committee, shall be forwarded in writing, signed by the proposer and seconder and indicating the Branch(es) of which they are members so as to reach the National Secretary not less than six weeks prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting.
- Further to Article III, paragraphs 2 and 3, the provisions of the foregoing paragraphs l and 2 of this Article shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to the Annual General Meeting of each Branch of the Guild.
